Northern Tunnel Collector launch hails completion of milestone project

On 10 October 2013 international lenders and donors gathered in St Petersburg to mark the launch of the Northern Tunnel Collector and celebrate the City's achievement in its effort to improve the health of the marine environment of the Baltic Sea.
